Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Novoline — including the website at novoline.is, the loader application, and any related services (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

If you don't agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the Service. We may update these Terms from time to time; the "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects when. Material changes will be communicated via email and a banner on the dashboard for at least 14 days before they take effect.

You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use Novoline. You're responsible for the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access.

One account per person. Sharing accounts is not permitted and may result in suspension. Subscriptions are tied to a single device fingerprint (HWID); reset requests are reviewed by an admin from /dashboard/settings.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the loader and related software for personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms and the Acceptable Use Policy.

You will not, and will not permit anyone else to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive source code from the Service.
• Modify, redistribute, sublicense, lease, or sell the Service or any part of it.
• Use the Service to harass, defraud, or harm others.
• Circumvent technical protection mechanisms, rate limits, or device-binding controls.
• Use the Service in any way that violates applicable law or third-party terms (including the terms of the games it integrates with).

Access to certain products requires an active subscription. Pricing, renewal terms, and supported payment methods are shown at the point of purchase. Subscriptions purchased through verified resellers are governed by the reseller's payment terms in addition to these Terms.

Subscriptions are not automatically renewed unless explicitly indicated at checkout. License keys, once redeemed, are non-transferable. All sales are final. Novoline does not issue refunds for any product or subscription — see the Refund Policy for the full statement, including how chargebacks are handled.

Verified resellers operate independent businesses. They are authorized to distribute Novoline license keys at the discount tier we agree with them, but they are not employees, agents, or partners of Novoline beyond the limited reseller relationship.

Disputes about reseller-purchased keys (chargebacks, customer service, local taxation) are between you and the reseller. We will support legitimate refund and key-revocation requests where the reseller agrees, and we may revoke a reseller's authorization for cause.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for breach of these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, for fraud or chargeback abuse, or for any other lawful reason.

Upon termination, your license to use the Service ends. You may continue to access non-active records (download history, audit log) for up to 30 days unless terminated for security reasons. Active subscriptions are not refunded on termination for cause.

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including without limitation merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or quiet enjoyment.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the Service is free of viruses or other harmful components. Anti-detection performance varies; we ship updates as fast as we can but make no guarantees about specific games or platforms.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Novoline and its operators shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to the Service.

In any event, our aggregate liability arising out of or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of [JURISDICTION TBD] without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any dispute arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the competent courts of that jurisdiction, except as required by mandatory consumer-protection law.
