01Our policy
All sales on Novoline are final. We do not issue refunds, partial refunds, or pro-rated credit for any reason, on any product, at any time. By completing a purchase — whether directly with us or through a verified reseller — you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
02When something's wrong
If a product is detected, broken, or otherwise unavailable, we do not owe you a cash refund. We may, at our sole discretion, extend an active subscription, swap a redeemed key onto a working product, or apply other equivalent remediation. We never offer cash back.
03Reseller-purchased keys
Keys purchased through a verified reseller are subject to the reseller's own policies and to ours. Novoline does not refund reseller transactions under any circumstance. If you believe a reseller has acted in bad faith, contact us — we may revoke their authorization, but the cash transaction is not reversible by Novoline.
04Chargebacks
Filing a chargeback or payment dispute on a Novoline purchase results in immediate and permanent suspension of all accounts and license keys associated with the payer. We will not restore access regardless of the outcome of the dispute. The case may be referred to collections and we may pursue the disputed amount, plus any fees we incur, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
