01Scope
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") applies to anyone who uses the Novoline Service — customers, resellers, and admins. It supplements the Terms of Service and is binding on you.
Violations may result in warnings, suspension, termination, refund forfeiture, and — where relevant — referral to law enforcement.
02You may not
2.1 Harm others or their accounts
- Use Novoline to harass, defraud, dox, or threaten anyone.
- Sell, share, or transfer access to your Novoline account.
- Attempt unauthorized access to other Novoline accounts, systems, or data.
- Use stolen payment instruments or stolen accounts to purchase or redeem keys.
2.2 Attack the Service
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive source from the loader, the auth backend, or the website beyond what is permitted by mandatory law.
- Probe, scan, or attempt to penetrate our systems, except as part of an authorized security disclosure (see Security disclosures, below).
- Run automated traffic at the Service that interferes with normal use (DDoS, scrapers without permission, brute-force credential stuffing).
- Circumvent rate limits, device-binding, MFA, or other security mechanisms.
2.3 Misuse the loader
- Run the loader against software you do not have a license to use, or in a way that violates that software's terms.
- Repackage, redistribute, or rebrand the loader.
- Use the loader to generate, distribute, or host malware, ransomware, spyware, or any harmful payload targeting third parties.
2.4 Misuse the reseller program
- Misrepresent your affiliation with Novoline (e.g., implying you are an employee or that the reseller program is something it isn't).
- Sell keys at prices below your authorized cost or otherwise damage the program.
- Run promotions that mislead customers about refund or warranty terms.
- Use a reseller account to defraud customers, mediate chargebacks dishonestly, or run pump-and-dump pricing.
03Content you upload
Avatars, banners, display names, paymentTags, and external store URLs are content you provide to us. You retain ownership; you grant us a license to display them as part of the Service. By uploading, you represent that:
- You own the content or have permission to use it.
- The content does not infringe IP, privacy, or publicity rights.
- The content is not pornographic, hateful, deceptive, or otherwise illegal in your or our jurisdiction.
We may remove content that violates this AUP without notice. Repeated violations result in account termination.
04Enforcement
We enforce this AUP through audit-log review, automated detection, and manual investigation. The actions available to us include:
- Issuing a warning.
- Revoking a session, locking MFA reset, or temporarily restricting your account.
- Removing content.
- Suspending or terminating your account, with or without notice.
- Banning a hardware fingerprint, IP, or license key from the Service.
- Forfeiting balance, unredeemed keys, or active subscriptions in the case of fraud.
Where we suspend or terminate, we'll tell you why unless doing so would compromise the investigation or another user's safety.
05Appeals
If you believe we got it wrong, email [email protected] from the account's registered email with the incident id (we'll provide one in any termination notice) and a written response. We re-review appeals within 7 business days.
Appeals are not chargebacks. Filing a chargeback during an open appeal forfeits the appeal.
06Security disclosures
Found a vulnerability? We welcome responsible disclosure. Email [email protected] with the details — please don't post publicly until we've patched and acknowledged it. We commit to:
- Acknowledging your report within 48 hours.
- Giving you a contact for follow-up while we triage.
- Not pursuing legal action against good-faith security research that follows this policy.
